November 1: The Solemnity of All Saints
●May all the Saints, who now see the face of Justice, join us in prayer for fair, binding
agreements at the upcoming “COP21” international climate talks in Paris, We Pray to the Lord.
●May we who strive for sainthood work for justice and virtue in this life, especially in how we
care for creation and the climate, We Pray to the Lord .
●May all the Saints, who labored in earthly life for what is right and just, join us in prayer for
all our brothers and sisters who are now engaged in the Month for Climate Action in
preparation of international “COP21” climate talks next month, We Pray to the Lord .
November 8 th , the 32 nd Sunday in Ordinary Time
●O Lord, who gives and sustains all life, be with and guide international leaders who will meet
next month to negotiate fair, decisive treaties at the “COP21” international climate talks in
Paris, We Pray to the Lord .
●O Lord, you praised the poor woman who had only two small coins to give, help us give all
we have to help the poor and those impacted by storms, drought, and altered agricultural
patterns due to a warming climate, We Pray to the Lord .
●O Lord, you set captives free, help free us from apathy and ignorance regarding climate
change, especially in this month of preparation for international “COP21” climate talks in
Paris, We Pray to the Lord .
November 15 th , the 33 rd Sunday in Ordinary Time
●Lord Jesus, you have revealed the signs of the heavens at your second coming; may world
leaders preparing for international “COP21” climate talks in Paris next month read the signs
of the nature, and so work for fair, decisive climate agreements for the good of all, We Pray to
the Lord .
●Lord Jesus, you teach us to be vigilant for your Second Coming; help us all be vigilant now
in how we care now for the poor and for creation, especially the care for our climate, which
affects all people and all life, We Pray to the Lord .
●Lord Jesus, as Catholics the world over pray and act this month in preparation of upcoming
international “COP21” climate talks in Paris, help us to be prophets of this age, and so
exhort the world to vigilance in how we care for the poor, for creation, and especially for the
health of our climate, We Pray to the Lord .
November 22, The Solemnity Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe
●Our Lord and King, rule now over the nations as they gather for international “COP21”
climate talks in Paris. May they humble themselves in service to you, and to all life that you
alone create and sustain, We Pray to the Lord .
●Our Lord and King, rule over us, help us grow in concern for our neighbors and for all your
creation—especially for the climate, which has been altered by human activity at the expense
of all life, We Pray to the Lord ,
●Our Lord and King, strengthen all your servants, especially those who work and pray this
month for the attainment of fair, decisive treaties at the forthcoming international “COP21”
climate negotiations in Paris, We Pray to the Lord

●Lord Jesus Christ, our Emmanuel, you have revealed the signs of the heavens at your second
