POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR 2013 SEASON.
Expressions of interest are called for the following positions with Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association Ltd for the 2013 Winter Competition.

Canteen Supervisor
Saturdays during the Winter Season and 1 Sunday for the Representative Carnival in May and 1 Sunday for Round 15, 7 yrs, 8yrs & 9 yrs Gala Day in August.
Saturday hours 7.30 am till 5.00 pm. Sunday hours 7.30 am till 4.00 pm.
Saturday, Sunday and Monday of the June Long Weekend as we are hosting the Netball NSW State Championships. Hours will be 7.00 am till approximately 5.00 pm each day.
Supervising volunteers and staff of 2.
Ordering of stock during the week for deliveries prior to Saturday.
Friday afternoon unpacking deliveries and preparation for Saturday Competition. This may be done by Canteen Assistant and will be discussed at interview.
Supplying food for any functions on a Saturday throughout the year as advised by Special Events Co-Ordinator.
1 meeting with Vice President and President prior to commencement.
2 weeks prior to commencement ensure canteen is equipped for commencement of season and order stock for delivery.
Reporting to Vice President and liaison with Treasurer.
Any other duties as requested by Vice President or President.
Wages will be discussed at the interview and will be commensurate with experience.
Canteen Assistant

Relief for Supervisor during absence.

Canteen Assistant - BBQ
Saturdays during the Winter Season and 1 Sunday for the Representative Carnival in May and 1 Sunday for Round 15, 7 yrs, 8yrs & 9 yrs Gala Day in August.
Saturday hours 7.30 am till 5.00 pm. Sunday hours 7.30 am till 4.00 pm.

Ensuring the BBQ volunteers are organised and the BBQ area is running efficiently.
Any other duties as requested by Vice President or President.

Toilet Monitor
Saturdays during the Winter Season and 1 Sunday for the Representative Carnival in May and 1 Sunday for Round 15, 7 yrs, 8yrs & 9 yrs Gala Day in August.
Saturday hours 9.00 am till 4.00 pm. Sunday hours 8.30 am till 4.00 pm.
Ensure both toilet blocks are adequately supplied with toilet paper, basins are not overflowing and floors swept regularly throughout the day.
Reporting to President or any Executive Member problems arising throughout the day.
Assisting Canteen Supervisor if requested, for clean up duties.
Wages are $200 per day.
Toilet Monitor – June Long Weekend.
Saturday, Sunday and Monday of the June Long Weekend as we are hosting the Netball NSW State Championships we will require the services of an additional person. Hours will be 8.00 am till approximately 4.00 pm each day.
Wages are $200 per day.
Contract Cleaner
Weekly cleaningof administration building, toilet blocks and canteen during competition with an additional clean of toilet blocks when School Competitions are running. These dates will be advised by Office Administrator.
Cleaning will entail sweeping and washing of all floors, cleaning of all toilets, basins and benches in both amenities block, Physio Room, Umpires Room and Store Room and 2 toilets in administration building.
Canteen cleaning will include washing of all floors, sinks, basin and benches.
Monthly cleaning of administration building and toilets during off season.
A request may be made for additional services by the President.
Please advise your hourly rate for these services which will be discussed at an interview.
