We are searching for an individual with recent accomplishments in innovative transformational talent management strategies with specific successes in delivering non-traditional methods and approaches for talent sourcing, cultural change initiatives, employee engagement, coaching and mentoring. Selected candidates must have a distinguishable track record overseeing traditional human resources areas, such as employee relations, learning and development, compliance matters, salary management, reward and recognition programs.

Preferred consideration will be given to candidates with notable accomplishments leading and influencing talent transformation efforts, during the past three years. Areas of interest include:

  • Design of career options suitable for remote workforces employing multiple levels of flexibility practices and retention solutions
  • Success with inclusive business strategies that go beyond typical diversity initiatives in support a high performance, multi-generational workforce
  • Use of data analytics to strengthen talent networks and resource acquisition
  • Use of cloud-based human resource solutions replacing legacy HR systems
  • Use of a “coaching approach” – one that promotes continuance performance feedback, sponsorship and advocacy programs to enhance employee engagement, retention and achievement of full potential

Leading candidates will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or related discipline; preference given to SPHR or PHR certification.
