Pool Rules for Wescott Pool 2016

Pool Rules:

1. There should be no solo swimming.

2. Pool Use Age Restrictions:

***Children under 14 SHALL NOT use the pool unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult ***

3 No diapers allowed in pool. Use of swim diapers are required.

4. There are no lifeguards on duty at any time. Swimming is at your own risk.

5. No diving allowed.

6. No outside attire. Swimsuits are required. You will be asked to leave if not in a swimsuit. This goes

for basketball shorts, jeans, dresses, etc.

7. No acrobatics, diving, running, chicken fights, noodle fights, etc. Attendants will place in timeout after first offense. Second offense you will be asked to leave. Those who refuse to obey these rules may have their pool access revoked.

8. Drinking, eating, and chewing gum are not permitted while in the pool. No drinks or food are allowed on pool deck by pool.

9. NO GLASS. Attendants have the right to inspect coolers. You will be asked to remove glass to either your car or outside the gate. Glass containers of any kind will not be allowed within the gates. If a glass bottle is broken, the entire pool must be drained and the offending party will be financially responsible for the cost associated with cleaning and refilling the pool.

10. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area, including during private parties.

11. Each household is allowed up to 5 guests per day. Adult resident(s) must stay with guests at all times at the pool. You must be 18 years or older to bring guests to pool. All owners and residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

12. No loud music, only personal listening devices with headphones are permitted.

13. The pool is a NON-SMOKING facility; Smoking is only permitted outside of the gate(s) in designated smoking areas.

14. Only pool toys are allowed. No balls, Frisbees, skateboards, bikes, footballs or hard toys allowed in gate.

15. No lending of key fobs out to non-escorted guests. Dues paying owner must be present.

16. Foul language. Foul or abusive language is not permitted. Those using it will be asked to leave.

17. No pets are permitted in the pool area.

Replacement Pool keys are $20 dollars whether new or lost key and one per homeowner.

Cabana Reservations are $75 for two hours for 35 people. It is $1.00 per person over 35. This reserves the cabana only. Parties are allowed to decorate under cabana just remember NO GLASS of any kind. Person renting cabana is required to be there during party and is responsible for their guests. Please remember all pool rules apply. Attendants have the right to ask party members to leave if not following rules. Family appropriate music is allowed with permission. NO DJ's please.
