Requestor Process
Requester will go to an approved location and request the print job
The Vendor will ask for an id, the requestor name and the job name for the work (i.e. Workshop #5, PDD Conference, Dinner Meeting, Quality Reports, etc.)
When the print job is complete, request an invoice and forward to with the proper accounting coding and approval
Accounting Process
Vendor will accumulate invoices and issue a statement to each month
Invoices received from requestor will be matched to the statement and the statement will be paid monthly
