I am very sorry to inform you that, you never bouthered to errect the shed since 3 months as there was no progress in the work we have started flooring if it is required it can be used by taking out the bolders at centre

The alignment of the coloums and water lever we are found variation between 15 to 25mm which was not corrected nor there was clearance from your design department for accepting the deviation. Your statementstating that 4 days people were idle which is enterly false only oneday i.e. on Monday (03/11/2008) we have requested tocarry out the Mezzanineflooring without seating. first time iam hearing regarding power shortage which is not correct, we are prepare to arrenge DG Set for power. However there is no work with the power.

Anchor bolt setting is to be carried out from your errection contractor who was appointed by us, on your recomandations and request. It is not the constrant to complete the job.

Please dont give us excuses for your in efficiant working and planning. Please let us now the position of left over materials and meet us immedately with your action plan to complete the job as per your inumarable commitments.

If there is any problem in site for working your supose to inform us, so that corrective action can be taken.
