The Women’s Business Association is an organization that strives to facilitate and support the academic, professional, philanthropic and social development of women in the Kellogg Part-Time MBA Program. The WBA is committed to working with students, faculty, administrators, alumnae and the greater business community to create opportunities for women in business.

External Relations Chair
Attracting new members and keeping tabs on existing WBA Members / 1 / ·  Manage WBA membership, including current students, alumni and former board members
·  Increase interest and membership through participation in Blitz Week and New Student Orientation
·  Plan and execute quarterly kick-off meetings
·  Plan and execute events according to activities calendar
·  Poll membership for event ideas
·  Complete Event Request Forms for all events
Personal and Professional Development Chair
Building partnerships with other organizations and research resources to bring personal and professional career enhancing opportunities to WBA Constituents / 2 / ·  Identify and solicit speakers from various constituencies (students, professors, alumni, business leaders)
·  Plan and execute annual Holiday Toy Drive and related events; including, but not limited to, charity selection, kick-off event, involvement of Dean’s Office and donation drop-off
·  Manage and expand presence in the community, including increased volunteer opportunities
·  Serve as liaison to other Kellogg constituents (PT and FT club leaders, alumni, etc.)
·  Promote “One Kellogg” initiative through partnership with FTWBA for professional and social events
