I, the undersigned, being a duly qualified elector and registered voter of Madison County, Mississippi, call upon the Madison County Board of Supervisors to rescind, reconsider and reverse their vote of September 2, 2008, by which they approved a tax increase of 6.33 mills on the taxpayers of this county. The undersigned further call upon the Board of Supervisors to call a referendum election for a public vote before approving any additional bonded indebtedness on the taxpayers of this county.
