Barnwell’s Quarter Auction Vendor Application

Date: Friday, March 27th

Time: 6:00pm – 10:00pm

Barnwell PTO reserves the right to deny any vendors whom we feel are inappropriate for our school environment or against district policy. Booths are available to direct sales companies on a first come, first serve basis, and only one vendor will be allowed per company. Please be advised of the following:

  • Booth fee is $10. Booth fees are non-refundable. Checks can be made payable to Barnwell Middle School PTO. Returned checks will be charged an additional fee of $10.
  • Only one vendor/company allowed per table/booth.
  • Vendors may set up their table any time after 4:30pm on Friday, March 27. Table should be set up and ready by 5:30pm.
  • A table will be provided for each vendor. If you would prefer to bring your own, please make sure to mention it, along with the size on your application.
  • Vendors must pay booth fees and sign agreement before allowed to set up.
  • Due to district policies, there is to be no recruiting on site.

Barnwell PTO shall not be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or equipment. This vendor event will be going on during the annual Quarter Auction. Although all attempts will be made for high attendance, we make no guarantee of attendance or sales at the vendor show.
