SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION

* To be eligible for the student rate, students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, delegate fees will be applied. You may send necessary document by fax.

* The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early deadline, it will not be considered as early registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.

* Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the programme. One registered participant can present 1 paper with one registration fee.

* Symposium attendance certificate will not be given to daily participants.

ACCOMODATION

* All hotel rates are daily and including breakfast and VAT.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

* All transfers will be made according to participant information which was posted by the participants.
* Incase of any flight schedule changes please inform to symposium secretariat before 24 hours from the flight time by e-mail or by fax.
* You may get more information from the symposium registration desk during the symposium.
* All transfer rates are per person and including VAT.

PAYMENT DETAILS

* All payments will be made by bank transfer.
* For the acceptance of the symposium registration and other requests, please send the copy of the payment receipt to the symposium secretariat along with the properly filled in registration form by fax or e-mail. All confirmations will be informed that after complete the payment.
