Permanent Epoxy:

Seattle Tunnel Partners (STP) is requesting pricing for purchase of epoxy for a permanent application. The epoxy pricing should include delivery to site located at South Portal at 90 South Dearborn, Seattle, WA. The delivery of the epoxy will begin in approximately April 2015 and continue throughout 2015. STP will self-assess Washington State Sales Taxes, please excluded sales tax from your pricing.

All proposers shall submit pricing for one of the following epoxy products that have been approved on the WSDOT QPL, or an equivalent:

  1. Hilti – 500SD
  2. Powers Fasteners – 1000+
  3. Simpson Strong Tie - SET-XP

If the proposer elects to choose an equivalent material, the proposer shall be required to submit the specifications for the epoxy along with pricing. Should your bid be selected, the proposer shall supply the WSDOT Request for Approval of Materials (RAM) form.

Jackets & Hats:

Seattle Tunnel Partners (STP) is requesting pricing for the purchase of 500 jacket and hats with the logos shown below.

The jackets shallhave the attached cutter head logo embroidered on the upper, front, left chest. The jacket shall be Black Helly Hansen Waterproof Soft Shell Jacket, or equivalent. Jacket sizes are as follows: 4 Small, 92 Medium, 136 Large, 148 X-Large, 108 2X-Large, 10 3X-Large, 2 4X-Large. In addition, 500 Navy embroidered Port Authority Brushed Canvas Cap or equivalent with Seattle Tunnel Partners/Dragados/Tutor Perini logo provided below.

Please bid for the total of 500 units per item. Bid jackets and hats separately. Firms should specify the product details to include brand, details, and an image of the product. Bidders are encouraged to provide multiple options for both the hats and jackets.Pricing should include Washington State Sales Tax.
