Lindane (kwell) / Apply and massage in from neck to toes, wash off 6 hours later (infants), 8 hours later (children), 12 hours later (adult)
Permethrin (Nix) / Scabies: Apply head to toe x 6 hrs (infants) or 12 hrs (children, adults) then wash off with soap and water;
Head lice: shampoo and apply rinse x 10 min; repeat in 1 week
