Modern Pentathlon Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan has the pleasure to invite a Delegation of your National Federation to participate in Open Summer Championships of Kazakhstan«Amangeldy Imanov Memorial» men and women in modern pentathlon Senior, U19(YA) to be held from 7 – 11 July 2017 in Almaty - Kapchagay, Kazakhstan according to the following schedules:
7 July – Arrival, Jumping test (15:00), TC meeting (18:00)
8 July – Individual competitions - U19(YA)

COMPETITION FORMAT and ENTRIES
- The U19 Tetrathlon competition will count towards Youth Olympic WorldRanking List (YOPWR)– if fulfilling criteria according to UIPM Competition Rules 1.19.2
- For the U19 Tetrathlon competition the maximum number allowed is 4 athletes per nation and gender. The host nation can compete with 6 athletes per gender - UIPM Competition Rules 1.12.8
- The Senior category В mеп and women competition will count towards pwr – if fulfilling criteria according to UIPM Competition Rules 1.19.2
RULES
The competition will be carried out according to the UIPM Rules.
-Swimming: 25 m. indoor swimming pool / 4 lanes
-Fencing: 8 pistes
-Laser-Run: 12 laser targets, ground. According to the UIPM rules,
Laser pistols are the responsibility of each athlete, the LOC will NOT have reserved pistols.
ECONOMICAL CONDITIONS
All participants will be accommodated at theHotel “Heaven Club”. The price includes full board accommodation, local transportation and entry to the competition. The cost of stay per person per night is:

This is to be paid by cash (Euros) at the accreditation desk on arrival.

ATHLETES’ LICENSES
Athletes are only allowed to participate in UIPM sanctioned events if they are inpossession of a valid Athletes License. Registration is not possible without aLicense Number. If an athlete does not have a license they will not be allowed totake part in the competition.
EQUIPMENT CONTROL
Fencing: Competition Venue / Competition day (Time: tbc)
Riding (headgear): Competition Venue / Competition day (Time: tbc)
TRANSPORTATION PLAN
Delegations must take the flight go to the airport ALMATY.
Transportation from Almaty to Kapchagay official hotel to the venue of the competition will be conducted in accordance with the competitive program.
VISAS & VACCINATIONS
Visiting nations should confirm visa and vaccination requirements for entry into Kazakhstanprior travelling to the event. The LOC cannot accept responsibility for arranging visas but can provide specific letters of invitation if needed. For information if you need a visa or vaccinations please contact your nearest Embassy or Consulate.
INSURANCE
All members of the attending Delegations must insure themselves in case of accidental injury or illness. The organiser will not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise for loss, injury or illness of any Delegation member.
FIREARMS
Firearms Licenses are legal requirement when bringing air and CO2 pistols into Kazakhstan for competition purposes. Delegations should provide the information of the air pistols to local airlines in advance.
GENERAL INFORMATION
All athletes are kindly requested to wear their official national uniform at the competition. Please also bring a CD of your national anthem and a national flag.
Please contact directly the LOC to request accommodation for family and friends wishing to attend the competition.

From Accommodation to Competition Venue = 100 - 400 m.
Weather conditions: temperature + 25 - +30 C. Height above sea level: 500 meters.
