Online Ordering Instructions

  1. Go tothe website
  1. Then click on the “Login Now” button

  1. Then select the logo that relates to the club you will be working in.
  • For LA fitness click on the LAPT logo
  • For Gosling Sports, Fitness First, Kingfisher or FitSpace click on the Trainer logo

  1. You will be prompted to log in – the details are:
  • For LA Fitness the username is LA
  • For Gosling Sports, Fitness First, Kingfisher or FitSpace the username is TR
  • For all clubs the password isonline35
  1. Select your items

Select an item from the Latest Products listed or select an option from the categories menu e.g. Ladies Clothing.

If you have any queries about the items you are ordering or how to order you can click on the “Got Questions” icon and speak to a member of the Taylor Made Designs team.

Select the size that you wish to order from the drop down menu.

Enter the quantity of the item you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”.

  1. Place Your Order

You can review the items in your shopping cart which is visible on the right of the screen. Once you are happy with your order click on the Checkout button to proceed.

  • You will then be prompted to either register or log in. You can create an account or if you have already registered with the site log in.
  • Once you have registered your details you will need to select the Shipping Method – if you are a new trainer and would like your uniform ordered to Fitness Agents to collect on your Business Course select “Fitness Agents Office”. NOTE you must place your order 2 full working days before your Business Course date to ensure delivery.
  • If you would like your uniform delivered to Fitness Agents you must select the date of your Business Course from the Course Dates drop down menu.
  • Click continue when you are happy with your Shipping details.
  • You will then be prompted to select a Payment Method – chose either “PayPal” or “Payment by Cheque or Payment by Phone”
  • Please note that if you select Cheque or By Phone as your payment method you must ensure that you complete payment as promptly as possible. Either post a cheque to Taylor Made Designs or call them to make payment by credit/debit card over the phone. NOTE – your uniform will not be dispatched until payment has been received by Taylor Made Designs.
  • If you selected PayPal you will be forwarded to their website to complete payment.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
  • Please note that name badges take an additional 5-7 days to print and dispatch so may be delivered separately from any clothing ordered.
  • To order a name badge for DW Sports you will need to log in using the following details:

-Username = DW

-Password = online35

  • On receipt of your order please ensure you read the care instructions provided – Taylor Made cannot take any responsibility for damage to clothing incurred by not following these instructions.
