Odyssey House is partnering with Uniting Care ReGen to deliver integrated, person-centred and evidence-based treatment services as the N&W Metro AOD Service, part of the Victorian AOD sector reforms.

The position

The position is based at Coburg.

The key purpose of the position is to engage with clients and their families and link them in to a range of holistic services including housing, mental health, legal and others, to enhance their treatment outcomes.

A day in the life of this position includes: meeting with clients in different locations to progress treatment plans and provide brief interventions, liaising with GPs, housing, mental health and other services to facilitate referrals and collaborative practice, attending clinical reviews and completing case notes and other client documentation.
