Group A-

Convened a meeting on Monday, April 20, 2015 at8PMEDSTto discuss the need to focus on several efforts related to ID and dementia family and caregiver support.NTGmemberJadeneRansdell of Florida agreed to take on a leadership position and work conjointly with Mary Hogan to direct the efforts. Discussed how to address needs of differing family caregiver dynamics, creating a booklet for NDSS, working with the Alzheimer’s Association, and how to use social media to promote efforts.

Group G-

  1. Discussed possibility of having Steering Committee Meetings every other month and alternate months with Group Meetings. This was received with mixed feelings as it was decided that there needed to be a time when any SC members could attend a monthly meeting and provide input.
