THE NORTHWEST ELKS RV RALLY
IS RETURNING TO THE POLK COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
FOR ITS 48TH ANNUAL RALLY
JUNE 23-24-25-26, 2016
· All Elks members, friends and family are welcome to attend this rally. You do not need to belong to an Elk RV or camping club to attend. Feel free to copy these forms and distribute.
· Donations for Door Prizes are welcome!! They have always been the highlight of our general meetings.
· Lodge #1858 Rolling Elks will welcome and assist new arrivals.
· Lunches will be available for purchase on Friday and Saturday.
· Bremerton, WA Lodge #1181 will host the horse races.
· Salem, OR “336’er Travel Club” will host the washoe tournament.
· Al Rasmussen or the Rolling Elks will host the cribbage tournament.
· 18 holes of golf at Cross Creek Golf Club
Directions to the Fairgrounds: (The fairgrounds are located approximately ½ mile south of OR 22 on OR99W )
· From North or South on US 5, take Exit 253 west on OR 22 (approximately 12 miles) to OR 99W, then south to fairgrounds.
· From North or South on US101 take OR 18 east (approximately 26 miles) to OR 22, then take OR 22 east (approximately 16 miles) to OR 99W, then south to fairgrounds.
Tentative Schedule:
· Thursday-Arrival Day-The community building will be open for socializing.
· Friday-Breakfast (by the Rolling Elks), golf, cribbage tournament, country Store, horse races, dinner and music. Theme for dinner/dance The 50”s
· Saturday-Breakfast (by the Rolling Elks), country store, washoe tournament, wagon master’s meeting, dinner and general meeting. Wine tasting provided by Eola Hills Winery will be available. Today may also be good day for sight-seeing on your own.
· The beer garden will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday for beer and wine.
· Sunday-Good-byes
The scheduled times for meals and other activities
will be available when you arrive.
The Rolling Elks are planning a fun and exciting rally for everyone.
