~ Seniors will pay $22.20 for graduation stole; NHS provides tassel

~ Gold Honor Cord for reaching 100 Volunteer Hours
(cords are $12) -- This year’s newly inducted seniors need

50 volunteer hours

~ Community Service Hours (10 per semester)

Head Start – winter celebration (Dec. 17th, 5:30 – 8:30)

KW Auction – every Friday (6 pm – 11 pm; sometimes later)

Clean Bleachers after Games (see Dan Jones)

KW Fine Arts Festival (April 12th, 3 pm)

Gentlemen’s Club - The AES Gentlemen's Club members would welcome the opportunity to gain tutoring from our high school's NHS. Please be aware that our meeting are held on Thursday afternoon from3:00 until 4:30 pm. If NHS members were able to attend 2 meetings per month our GC members would still be able to be engaged in community projects and scheduled GC oriented lessons. This is in consideration of our limited time.

~ 1st Semester Hours due to Mrs. Hicks by Jan. 24, 2014

~ Presidential Volunteer Service Award

(100 hours/bronze, 175 hours/silver, 250 hours/gold)

Mrs. Hicks is inputting hours into system

~ Attendance at ALL meetings is MANDATORY!!
