Congratulations on owning a home with a pool or spa. We hope you enjoy many years of enjoyment in your backyard paradise. If this is the first time you have owned a pool or spa, you may think, “Now, what do I do?” Well, there is no need to worry. The professionals at Central Jersey Pools are here to help. Our technicians will provide a personal orientation at your home covering the following:

  • Operation of your equipment – filter, pump & motor, heater and automatic pool cleaner, if you have one.
  • Daily maintenance of your pool or spa, including how to check chemical levels, and clean filter and pump baskets.
  • How to vacuum your pool.
  • Backwashing your filter.
  • Proper way to add chemicals.
  • Guidelines for the safe storage of chemicals.
  • Free Computerized Water Test Analysis with Report.

Central Jersey Pool’s Orientation also includes literature that may be used as a reference source for your continued pool care and a complete pool owner’s manual.

By signing this document, I hereby authorize Central Jersey Pools to perform the work necessary on my pool and/or spa and agree to pay for the parts and labor as billed. I agree to pay the credit card company and not dispute the charges with them even though my signature is not on the individual credit card receipts. I fully acknowledge that I am signing this credit authorization OUTSIDE OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY REFERENCED BELOW BECAUSE A IMPRINT OF MY CREDIT CARD AND/OR MY SIGNATURE IS NOT POSSIBLE TO FACILIATE THIS TRANSACTION. In the event that the credit card charge is declined, I agree to pay these charges upon receipt of an invoice for them. Payment is due at the time service is performed. A late payment will result in a finance charge of 2% per month. A check returned for insufficient funds will incur a $30 fee.
