BOARD MEETING
Board Meeting November 27, 2016 at Gambino's, Fremont
President Jean Andrews called meeting to order at 1:15 pm
Roll Call: Jean Andrews, Donna Freeman, Linda Yeager, Glenda Masteller, Jamie Yeager, Kate Knapp, Kim Bowen, Jaci Behlen, Hope Bunn, Renee Stouffer,
Kate moved and Glenda seconded that we dispense with the reading of the minutes-motion carried. We will post minutes on web site.
Glenda gave the following treasurer's report:
Youth fund balance is $2,239.19; Pinto balance is $8,624.27 for a grand total of $10,863.46, the Golf Club bill for the banquet has not been received at this time but is estimated to be around $1000 and the balance includes $1320 in receipts for directory pages.
Donna moved to accept the treasurer report Kim seconded, the motion was carried.

Jocilynn Behlen presented some fund raiser ideas including "dog races", Casey's Punch Cards and jackpot classes. Further discussion and finalization will be done at the youth meeting – time and date TBA.
SPRING MEETING:
The Spring Meeting will be held on Sunday March 11th at the Lily Pad 412 E 1st, noon for potluck youth meet at 12:30 and general membership at 1:00.
AWARDS BANQUET:
November 18th, 3:00 general membership, youth meeting following, 6:00 dinner, royalty presentation, auctions, and award presentation following at 7:00

May 21st - Fremont - Youth Show –Jamie Yeager show manager - 2 judges
July 22nd - Lincoln – Kate Knapp and Jamie Yeager Amateur Show - 2 judges

MUST SHOW TO SEVEN JUDGES TO QUALIFY FOR YEAR END AWARDS
OLD BUSINESS:
Awards banquet would request only eight chairs at each table and make sure enough tables are set up.
Show Bill for 2017 show year was finalized – coming soon
Kim moved and Hope seconded to adjourn meeting at 3:06 pm
