Terms & Conditions:
1.The promoter of this prize draw is National Animal Welfare Trust, registered charity number 1090499 and company number 4251503, of Tyler’s Way, Watford WD25 8WT (“the Charity”).
2.The online pet show is open to all UK residents and pets. Rosettes from 1st-6th place and can be posted to anywhere in the UK.
3.The online pet show is £1 per photo to enter and payments can be made via PayPal, the address is .
4.Photos can be sent to us viaNational Animal Welfare Trust Berkshire Facebookmessenger or emailing . Please state which class you're entering your picture(s) in.An album for each class will be set up on our Facebook page where your photos will be featured.
5.The opening date for entries is 9am on Monday 29th January 2018. The closing date of the online pet show is 11pm on Sunday 11th February 2018. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
6.Winnerswill be chosen by Wednesday 14th February.
7.The 1-6th place winners of each class will receive a rosette.
8.The winners will be notified by Facebook messenger oremail before 5pm on Wednesday 14th February and must provide a postal address to claim their rosette. If a winner does not respond to the Charity within 28 days of being notified by the Charity, then the winnersrosette will be forfeited.
9. Delivery of the rosettewill be arranged with the winners within 28 days of the winners being notified of their win.
10. The rosette for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The Charity reserves the right to replace the rosette with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Charity's control makes it necessary to do so.
12.The decision of the Charity regarding any aspect of the online pet show is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13.The winner's name and photowill be announced on the Charity website ( and Facebook page ( within 28 days after the closing date of the online pet show.
14.Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Charity reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the rosette to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15.The Charity reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Charity, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the rosette except where it is caused by the negligence of the Charity, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17.Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the online pet show which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
18.Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the rosette.
19.The online pet show will be governed by English law and entrants to the online pet show submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
20. The Charity may choose to use information supplied within your online pet show entry in future marketing.
