  1. Two I – card size Photographs
  2. School Leaving Certificate.
  3. S.S.C. Certificate
  4. Caste Certificate
  5. Proof for residential address ( Ration Card, Tel/Elect. Bill, Aadhar Card, Driving License etc.
  6. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by recognised Doctor.
  7. Stamp paper at the value of Rs. 100/- .
  8. A set of Xerox copy each of the above documents.

July 2013 to June 2014.

Dear Student,

Further to the interview which you had attended for selection of trainees for one year Treatment Assistant Training Course ( TATC), we are pleased to inform you that you are selected for the One Year Treatment Assistant Training Course.

The list was published on24.06.2013 in all Notice Boards of the Institute and in the website of NIN and informed to you over telephone about your selection.

You are eligible for a stipend of Rs. 3000/- ( Rs. Three Thousand only) per month subject to fulfillment of the terms and conditions by you, as mentioned in the prospectus-cum-application form. If you leave the course in between, the stipend paid will have to be refunded in full.

You are therefore advised to report at this Institute on 15.07.2013 with the following documents:

  1. Two I – card size Photographs
  2. School Leaving Certificate.
  3. S.S.C. Certificate
  4. Caste Certificate
