Obtaining an Application Form
The application form can be obtained electronically by visiting our website at www.dbconsultinggroup.com and double-clicking on Careers in the top navigation bar, or by visiting the Human Resources Department at 8403 Colesville Road, 10th Floor, Silver Spring, Maryland, 20910. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Position vacancies are posted within the Human Resources Department and also on our website.
Completing the Application
u Applications are accepted for current vacancies only.
u Submit a separate application for each position for which you are applying.
u Complete the application form in its entirety.
u PRINT LEGIBLY or TYPE. See submission instructions below.
u All information provided must be correct. Any false or misleading information provided may be cause for denial of employment or dismissal in the event of employment.
u Specify position title and job number.
u Submit your completed application, Title 7 form, and any attachments by the required deadline.
Submitting a Resume
For Non-Management Positions: Resumes may be submitted as an attachment to the official DB Consulting Group, Inc. employment application.
For Management Positions: Resumes may be submitted in place of an application. However, upon request of the Human Resources Department, an application may also be required.
Application Deadlines (Closing Date)
All employment openings are posted with an application deadline (closing date). Applications for non-management positions and resumes for management positions must be received by 5 p.m. on the closing date. Postmarks are not acceptable.

How can I find out the status of my application?
Because of the large volume of inquiries that are received, the Human
Resources Department cannot respond to individual questions regarding the status of an application.
How long does the hiring process usually take?
The hiring process is typically completed within six weeks.
Will I be notified regarding the outcome of my application?
The Human Resources Department extends an offer of employment to the selected candidate. Applicants who are not selected will be notified by mail.
How long will you keep my application on file?
The applications/resumes of applicants who are not selected for a current position are maintained on file for one year.
If a similar position becomes available in the near future, will I be notified?
Yes. If a similar position becomes available within the year in which your application/resume remains on file, you will be notified of the available position.
Will I need to complete another application?
Yes, you will need to complete a new application. Make sure that you specify any additional training and experience that you have gained since completing your previous application.
Is there a separate application or process that current employees are required to complete when applying for a new position within DB?
No. Current employees are required to complete the same application as prospective employees.
