Proposals submitted to the Council will be treated with the strictest confidence and will only be reviewed and evaluated by the assessment panel. Where relevant, specific non-disclosure agreements will be carried out.

  • 4 printed copies of the complete typewritten manuscript, properly bound and typeset in 12 –point Latha or Vijaya font, double-spaced and paginated for Tamil manuscripts and for Malay manuscripts: 12-point Cambria, Times, Times New Roman, Garamond, double-spaced, and paginated.
