a.  Floyd reviewed changes in the Errata update. Discussion led to on QRDA Cat 1 STU 3.1 comment (see below)

b.  Michel motioned to approve the Errata package, Chana seconded. 0 abstained, 0 opposed, 24 approved

c.  Next steps: package and letter to go off to HL7 CTO saying this was approved and will be published under QRDA Cat 1 R 3.1 with Errata spreadsheet
