Summary

I am a political scientist from Khyber Pukhtunkhwa a federating unit of Pakistan, having eleven (11) years of professional experience with organizations like Institute of Management Sciences, University of Peshawar, UNHCR and PAF Degree College Peshawar. I have been assisting and polishing the talent of our graduate and post graduate students of the KPK region with specialization in political science as they can lead to noticeable long term contribution to the country with exciting careers in federal state, federating units and local governments, law, business, international organizations, nonprofit associations and organizations, campaign management and polling, journalism, electoral politics,human rights, refugee law, research as well as university and college teaching.   • Repatriation Assistant – (UNHCR)

United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), Peshawar KPK, Pakistan(June 2001-July 2002)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the Overall guidance of Senior Programme Coordinator and close supervision of the Repatriation Officer, I performed the following duties and functions:

  1. Compiling /collating data on the voluntary repatriation process and facilitating dissemination of data between offices in the country of assignment.
  2. Facilitating Voluntary Repatriation and produced summary statistics for assistance, protection and reporting, drafting letters, preparing data update, notes, and other monthly reports with required standards of accuracy.
  3. Facilitating the resettlement process of nationals by obtaining travel documents, based on the request from embassies.
  4. Assisted asylum seekers in completing the relevant forms and schedule interviews for the officers on interview mission and forward requests of mandate refugees for follow up on response.
  5. Performed other duties as required
