BOARD MEMBERS

Karl Loepp is the chief operating officer and an original founder of Private Pension Partners Inc. (P3). Loepp has extensiveexperience in the construction industry including property development, construction management and real estate leasing. He also served as the president of Niakwa Country Club and currently sits as the chair of the Jocelyn Hutton Foundation.

Kirsten S. Albo is the founder of Kirsten S. Albo Consulting Inc., an independent consulting and advisory service company. She has over 20 years’ experience as an audit and assurance partner with Price Water Coopers, where she was the lead partner on many large complex engagements including both private and public companies.

Cindy Carswell is the current vice-president of corporate identity and community relations with Canad Inns and has worked there for the past 15 yearsinvolved in hotel operations, implementation of new property developments, customer service standards, corporate branding and communications, and employee training and development

Jennifer Moncrieff has 12 years’ experience at Investors Group Financial Services, where she held the position of sales director. She also has extensive volunteer experience within the education system and has served multiple positions at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet including vice-chair.

Mercedes Caron is recently retired after a 35-year career as an owner and operator for Valmar Airflo Inc., an agricultural equipment designer and manufacturer. Her experience includes manufacturing, supervision of employees, communication with proficiency in both French and English, and lean manufacturing with a Level One Lean Certification.

Garry Swampy is an active member within the Sagkeeng First Nation. He served as both chief and councillor, and president of the Sagkeeng Drama and Arts Program. Swampy also has extensive experience within the education system, serving various positions including home and school co-ordinator, education assistant, teacher, principal, and related positions with the federalDepartment of Indian Affairs.

Cameron Hay is the CEO of Acrylon Plastics Inc. and American Rotomolding, where he has worked for the past 10 years. He is a chartered professional accountant and certified management accountant and has expertise in the areas of accounting, finance, property management, human resources, and manufacturing and supply chain logistics.
