TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS: 100%--Cash, cashiers check, traveler’s check, business or personal check.
A $25 fee will be added to all returned checks.

BIDS & DISPUTES: In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the Buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Every effort was made to assure the correctness of this catalog, however all announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalog. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements.
CERTIFICATES OF REGISTRY: Certificates of Registration will be furnished to the Buyer for each animal after settlement has been made.
SHIPPING: Assistance will be given in making shipment arrangements after the sale, but the Sales Management and/or the Seller assume no risk. Expenses incurred are the responsibility of the Buyer. All animals must be loaded day of sale.
ACCIDENTS: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of the Buyers, neither the Sales Management, the Auctioneer, nor the Sellers assume any responsibility in the matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in case of accidents or loss of property.
RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS: The above terms of the sale will constitute a contract between the Buyer and the Seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in the sale will constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.
HEALTH PAPERS: Upon request, health papers and bloodwork will be provided at seller expense for any goats purchased. Goats will be boarded at seller’s expense but will need buyer transportation after paperwork has been completed.
BREEDER’S GUARANTEE: Should any animal over 7 months of age fail to prove a breeder within 120 days of purchase date, the matter should be reported in writing to Shenandoah Valley Boer, LLC. The Seller will have 90 days to prove the animal is a breeder. Should the animal prove to be a breeder, it will be turned back over to the Owner. Should the animal prove to not be a breeder, SVB Boer will replace the animal with one of equal or more value or refund the Buyer. All transportation will be the responsibility of the Buyer!
LOADING OF ANIMALS: We will be unable to load any auction animals until the sale is completed. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

DIRECTIONS

From the north off of I-81, exit 243 to Route 11 South. Go approximately 1 mile and the fairgrounds will be on the right. The sale will take place in the barn area at the fairgrounds.

From the south, exit 240 off I-81 to Route 11 North. Go approximately 1 mile North and the fairgrounds will be on your left.
