Log Into Azcis: (5 Min)

12th Grade ECAP

Log into AzCIS: (5 min)

  1. Go to and at the very bottom under academic resources, select Learning Dashboard. Sign in with your active directory.
  2. On the Learning Dashboard, select AzCIS. Select Sign In, not Log In. Sign in using your active directory.

Complete Your ECAP (You have 30 minutes)

  1. Hover over ECAP Tab. Under What Reports Can I Run To Show My Progress click on My ECAP Report.
  2. ClickView under My Personal Information. Fill out all info with 2 red stars. Click Update Personal Information.
  3. ClickView under My Career Goals. Insert today’s date. Type in a 1-2 sentence career goal. Click Save Information.
  4. ClickView under My Education Plans. Select Your Education Plans After High School. Click Save Information. Do not fill in the box underneath.
  5. ClickView under Self Knowledge and Career Assessments. Click on the top Career Cluster Inventory Short Version. Take the Inventory.
  6. ClickView under Career Clusters of Interest. Select one or more. Save Information.
  7. Click View under Occupations and Clusters of Interest. Click the Update Occupation Information button. On the right select the blue Occupations button. From the list, select an occupation by clicking on the words. On the top right of that occupation, select SAVE.
  8. Write the date and one sentence in the box about this career. Click Save Information.
  9. Hover over the top red bar ECAP tab. Under What Reports Can I Run to Show My Progress, click My ECAP Report.
  10. Under Course Plan, click View. From this page, click Update your Course Plan. Use your Grad Report to enter classes by grade. Be sure they total 22 or more credits. Save Information for EACH YEAR.
  11. Hover over the red bar ECAP tab. Under What Reports Can I Run to Show My Progress, click My ECAP Report.
  12. Click View under Graduation Requirements. Type in the number of credits required in each category. Click Update Planned and Completed Credits. Be sure the total is 22 or more.
  13. Skip the Test Scores tab.
  14. ClickView under Programs of Study of Interest. Click on Update Programs of Interest. Select a Program of Study from the list by clicking on the words. Select SAVE in the upper right corner. Write the date and one sentence in the box about the program of study. Click on Save Information.
  15. Hover over the red bar ECAP tab. Under What Reports Can I Run to Show My Progress, click My ECAP Report.
  16. Click View under Post-Secondary Schools of Interest. Click Update Post-Secondary Schools. Select a school from the list by clicking on the words. Select SAVE in the upper right corner. Write the date and one sentence in the box about your selected school. Save Information.
  17. Hover over the red bar ECAP tab. Under What Reports Can I Run to Show My Progress, click My ECAP Report.
  18. ClickView under Volunteer and Community Service. Click Community Service. Click Add Volunteer Work and Community Service. Fill out the top bar, Organization Name. Fill in Start date and End Date (can click present). Save information. X out.
  19. Click View under Extra- Curricular Activities. Click on Update Extra-Curricular Activities. Select Add Activity. Select activity type. Enter Start and End dates (can click present). Save Information. X out.
  20. ClickView under Employment History and Work Based Learning. (Work based learning can include any elective class.) Click Update Employment History. Fill out the top bar, Employer (for elective class enter the teacher name). Click start and end date (can click present). Save Information. X out.
  21. Click View under My Action Plan for This Year. In the box, insert the date and type one sentence about your goals for this year. Save Information.
  22. ClickView under My Support Network. List the names of people who support you. Consider teachers, parents, peers. Insert date. Save Information.
  23. Congratulations. You are finished. If you would like to see the final report, click on Generate PDF.
