2011 RULES & CONDIDTIONS
- No responsibility is accepted by the Leek Show Committee for any accident, injury, loss, damage, illness to spectators, horses, ponies, competitors or their property, however caused.
- The Leek Committee/Show Secretary have the right to refuse any entry if a competitor brings the show in to disrepute
- Apprentices must be under an approved apprenticeship scheme.
- All Apprentices must state the name of the ATF they work for.
- Safety glasses, protective footwear i.e. steel toe caps and aprons or chaps must be worn by competitors.
- The judge will provide details of specimen shoes required.
- The judge’s decision is final and binding at all times.
- Competitors must provide own tools and safety equipment.
- Only competitors and officials are allowed in the shoeing area.
- No Strikers.
- Competitors will use Swan Gas forges for all classes.
- All Prize giving will take place after class 5.
- Every competitor will receive 2 admission passes to the show
