Effective January 1, 2012, the filing fee for all civil claims will increase from Eighty Five Dollars ($85.00) to Eighty Seven Dollars ($87.00).The Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the Cordele Judicial Circuit has increasing its filing fee from Five dollars ($5.00) to Seven Dollars ($7.00).
All claims received after January 1, 2012 without the correct filing fee will be returned.
Enclosed are copies of the most used forms which reflect the new filing fee.
