Job Purpose:

Reporting to the CMO, the Global Supplier Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation of our best practice processes to support the on boarding and care of our supplier community. This is a collaborative role with other members of the Digital Command Centre and the “Factory”, specifically the Head of Campaign Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead responsibility for all aspects of marketing to support the Service Delivery, and Supplier sales and product team as it pertains to our supplier customers. This will include but not limited to:
  • Overall segment marketing strategy and plan
  • Customer segmentation, messaging for the relevant target audiences
  • Tactics to increase transactions (i.e. video, newsletter, user group)
  • Customer retention
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Event strategy
  • Leveraging current best practices, develop best practice template, design tests of messaging etc. and maintain templates/materials presentations and communication documents
  • In light of product expansion for our supplier customers, more reasons to contact create an integrated, multi-stage, multi-channel global supplier marketing strategy with an eye toward minimizing email fatigue as well as the brand story in the supplier journey
  • Working closely with the Global Communications, develop best practice communications tactics for supplier onboarding including managed & click through
  • Work closely with the Sales and delivery teams to use all tools and techniques to maximise supplier acquisition engagement and retention (whole life cycle) and create consistent campaign messages across all supplier touch points
  • Oversee the design, build and maintenance of micro sites including supplier user experience.
  • Organize translations as required
  • Make best use of the third party tools and technology to maximize communications touch points and support ease of enrolment
  • Work with service delivery, product and UI team to provide continuous improvement to supplier on boarding process as it pertains to meeting marketing objectives and movement of suppliers through the funnel
  • Initiate and develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Produce reports and analysis to support the team’s work – KPI focus is essential
  • Understand and interpret results of campaign performance in order to drive the direction of future campaigns
  • Understands the importance and fundamentals of GDPR and be part of the working team

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Significant Marketing experience
  • Proven track record of marketing to large corporations
  • Computer and IT literate, including experience with CRM, marketing automation and CMS applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good people skills

Education:

Degree qualified in a related subject

Systems Knowledge:

Working knowledge of Marketo and/or Salesforce would be advantageous but not essential.
