Job Title: Creative Services Co-ordinator

Responsible to:Strategic Marketing Manager

Main purpose of job:

To support the full business on design, brand and digital visibility in a creative and compelling manner. To support the company’s strategies through developing marketing concepts and identity that presents the key information to multiple audiences.

Main Duties

  • Responsible for design, brand and digital visibility of Training 2000 and its subsidiary businesses.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to raise the bar on product design and communications that is produced for all the business.
  • Creating own artwork and designs for projects and key business priorities
  • Own and protect brand guidelines and styles- creativity is key for this role
  • Showcasing excellent creative standards, strong layout, typographic and visualising skills.
  • Designing and editing art work using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and all Microsoft Office).
  • Liaise with external printers to make sure that the quality and price fit within the brief and budget and make sure that deadlines are met.
  • Produce external print ready artwork and e-books
  • Develop strong graphics, brand experience, signage, and an understanding of customer journeys and communication hierarchies
  • Corporate identity development and influencing key stakeholders on ‘look and feel’
  • Managing multiple work priorities and to deliver against tight and complex timelines are givens.
  • Responsible for developing briefs through to artwork, combining excellent creative ideas and meticulous attention to detail, to produce outstanding work.
  • Work closely with key stakeholder to discuss and present ideas and marketing concepts to support their business strategies
  • Self organised, ability to work to tight deadlines and work on multiple projects at once.
  • Some client facing responsibility- articulating ideas and co-brandingto customers
  • Management and development of the company’s website and digital media needs.
  • Working across photographic, digital and audio visual projects on all forms of media including multimedia presentations, publications, print, videoand web design material for the company.
  • Internal photography, videoing and editing where required
  • Support in the future direction of the design across all media for the company
  • Supporting the marketing team on events, PR and communications
