JOB TITLE:A la Carte Wait-staff
WORK DESCRIPTION:Set up the Dining Room;prepare tables for service; greet members; take orders;
suggest menu items and wines; serve and clear tables; make drinks; daily
cleanup.
Lunch service; some dinner service/banquet services. You may also assist,as
needed,by Management in various other hospitality duties including bartending and working inthe Ladies Locker Room. In all positions, youmust have excellent hospitality, customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
UNIFORM DRESS CODE:Dress shirt, khaki pants, belt and shoes are supplied by The Club. You are responsible for supplying black pants and black shoes for formal dinner services.
SALARY PER HOUR:$8
OVERTIME:$12 per hour
BONUSES:Discretionary year-end bonus based on overall performance, positive member and employee feedback and adherence to work commitment.
WORK HOURS:5 days per week/ minimum 32 hours and up to 50 possible during peak weeks
ACCOMMODATION COST:$0 per Week
ACCOMMODATION:While housing is free, you will be required to put down a $200 damage deposit upon signing the housing agreement. You will be sharing a newly renovated, ranch-style home on property about a five minute walk to work.
The accommodation includes a shared bedroom and bath, dining room, living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, internet.
