Experience
E1. Minimum 4 years of effective leadership experience
E2. Outstanding classroom practitioner
E3. Use of innovative approaches to the development of teaching and learning, including strategies for formative and summative assessment
E6. Successful partnership working across a range of settings
E8. Experience of supporting other professionals through school improvement for middle leadership
E9. Experiencing of coaching and mentoring others
E10. Experience of training staff
E11. Experience of using performance data as a starting point for developing improvement initiatives
E12. Working with others to monitoring the quality of teaching and learning over time
E13. Experiencing of reporting to senior leaders and governors / E13. Experience of delivering leadership training to teachers
