Informatics Competencies Assessment

Each set of questions describes ways that nurses relate to information technology at work. For each, please rate your KNOWLEDGE, SKILL and ACCESS to these competencies, at this point in your nursing education.

Questions 1-12: Please rate on a 1-5 scale (1=none, 5=very much) your KNOWLEDGE (theory and concepts) of the following informatics competencies.
