I have the pleasure in enclosing your Pony Club renewal forms. Membership is due on the 31st January 2016, unfortunately anyone not joining before the 31st January 2016 will be unable to represent the Pony Club in any area competitions.
Pony Club headquarters have made the decision that the annual membership fee is to be increased from £64 to £70. Therefore the committee have decided to reduce our levy to £8 from £14 to keep the renewal a total of £78 the same as £2015.
Thereduced levy charge of £8 per child which will help to cover the cost of running the club, repairs to existing equipment and the purchase of any new equipment that is needed.. Reducing the levy may result in us holding various fundraising events during the year, we hope you will support us.
As a club we offer a lot of rallies at various venues to try and accommodate all members, and as in 2013, 2014 and 2015there will be a fee of £5 per child/horse, per rally. This is a set fee for all rallies. The only exception being for cross country rallies and any specialist training when the cost will be published on the events diary for your information.
If you are a tax payer please can you sign the Gift Aid portion at the bottom of the renewal form, this allows us to claim an extra 28p for every £1 you pay in membership.
If you are purchasing a new riding hat please make sure to check the new specifications, before you buy.
