How to access various hospital applications from the hospital website

In order to provide a more reliable service and secure access, Providence Hospital will be changing the way remote users access various hospital applications from the hospital website. The usernames and passwords currently used for the applications will continue to work. Only the web address and steps to access the applications will change.

Note: Users must have a Providence Hospital network/windows login in order to access the site with the applications. See your office manager if you do not have a Providence Hospital network/windows login.

If you need to have your network/windows password reset or your account unlocked, call the Help Desk at 1-251-633-1700. Be prepared to give the operator your birth month / birth year and the last 4 digits of your social security number for identification purposes.

If this is the first time using your network/windows logon, you will need to activate it and change the default password.

1.  Go to https://ahpm.ascensionhealth.org/showLogin.cc

2.  Choose “Change Password” from the left-hand side of the screen

3.  Enter your network User Name and Password

4.  Change the “log on to” field to Mobile, Al - ALMOB

5.  Type the computer generated verification code
