It’s estimated that one in five Canadians will acquire a disability in his/her lifetime. ·  Our consultants can provide resources and information, as well as referrals to counsellors or community agencies to help individuals dealing with a disability. If an employee has taken a leave from work, we can provide information upon the employee’s return to work to support successful outcomes.

·  All consultants and counsellors receive training to ensure their understanding of and compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

·  Clients with a disability can connect with consultants and counsellors by phone through teletypewriter (TTY), via email, or through chat functionality on the program website. We can offer video counselling live via webcam, or a sign language interpreter for participants with a hearing or speech impairment for in-person counselling sessions.
