2. Advance Deposit and Methods of Payment. Please provide the number of your credit card for the deposit. The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equivalentto one night, for all guaranteed room bookings “No-Show” on the day of arrival.

Methods of Payment:

Pay by Credit Card: Please provide your credit card accurate information and credit card front and back copy. Also credit card payment confirmation must be required.

Pay by Remittance: Please pay the relevant amount to the ChinaNationalConvention Center designated account; please indicate the name of accommodation and conference names and send the copy of remittance to CNCC Grand Hotel, fax no.:0086-10-84370691.

3.We will confirm your reservation by email. All reservations, unless guaranteed, covered by deposit, or have a late arrival time indicated, will be held until 6 p.m. local time only.

4.When you have any adjustment or cancellation for your reservation, please inform us by e-mail or fax as soon as possible.

5. If your booking has been confirmed by our hotel , any canceled or fail to scheduled date of arrival, the room booking payment is non-refundable.
