Hello Farmers! It’s STAAR testing week which always brings special schedules,

room relocations, and tiring days for those that are testing. I want to wish

each of you that are testing GOOD LUCK THIS WEEK.

Take your time and do your best! We all believe in you.

Please let us know if you need anything to make your day better.

1.EOC schedule this week - Important testing information–Get some rest tonight so you are ready! Please remember to come straight to LHSK on the day you are testing.

1. Posters with rooms assignments for all EOC tests (English I, Biology, English II, Algebra I) are hanging on the windows of the library.

2. EVERYONE--- Check for your room assignment. If you feel there is an error talk with your teacher or see Mrs. Wadie. PLEASE do not wait until the day of the test to check the posters.

3. English I test is Monday, December 7

Biology is Tuesday, December 8

English II is Wednesday, December 9

Algebra I is Thursday, December 10

4. Students not testing will follow their regular schedule. There may be teachers relocated so check the signs at the library and top of stairs in main hall to see if any of your classes have be relocated. Buses will run a normal schedule.

5. Students not testing may use the main stairway or the stairs leading to room 222 and 223.

6. There will NOT be block lunch next week of testing.

7. Monday and Wednesday—the tests will run into 4th period. Students who are testing these two days will NOT go to their 4th period class.

8. Tuesday and Thursday---testing should be complete in time for EVERYONE to go to their regular 4th period class.

9. For ALL tests--any student with extra time will have until 3:20 to complete the test.

Wed. Dec 9th- Santa’s Helpers Day (dress like an elf or reindeer)

Thurs. Dec. 10th- Whoville Day (crazy hair day)

Fri. Dec. 11th- Polar Express Day (PJ day)

Mon. Dec. 14th- You’re a Gift Day (dress like a present)

Tues. Dec. 15th- Christmas Tree Day (dress like a tree)

Wed. Dec. 16th- Christmas Character Day Thurs. Dec. 17th- Ugly Sweater Day

Fri. Dec. 18th- Santa Hat Day

If you are not getting Mrs. Flores’ emails, please go by the library during lunches and get your iPad repaired.

Please check to see if you have paid your iPad fees. All iPad fees were to be paid by last Friday. If you did not pay your iPad fees and still have your iPad, you will be called down and your iPad will be taken up.

Please congratulate the LHS Cheerleaders on outstanding performances at the North Texas Regional Competition. Both of our squads performed with true Farmer Pride.
