一、Product overview

1.Introduction

Street lighting Centralized Server(SLCS) is intermediate mechanism that is connected with the Smart street lamp node(SSLN) and the Cloud server(CS);It is responsible for the downward transmission of control commands issued by the cloud server, and the collected data of each street lamp node status information to the cloud server.

SLCSCS through the GPRS communication, and SLCS SSLN utilize the Power line Communication(PLC).

a.System Profile

This product is mainly composed of five parts: Power Supply Unit (PSU), Processing Unit(PU), PLCUnit (PLC), GPRS Unit(GPRS), Human-machine Interface Unit (HMI) and the Coupling Unit (CU), the product system block diagram as shown below:

Power Supply Unit(PSU)for other units to provide a stable voltage.

GPRS Unit(GPRS/CDMA) engaging the GPRS network and the cloud server, data will transfer from the data concentrator,data will be executed withthe cloud server command.

Processing Unit (PU)it coordinate each unit of data collection and analysis, and then stored in the SD card in the concentrator. At the same time, the processing unit also carries commands issued by the server. It is also equipped with standard RS485 interface and Ethernet interface.

PLC Unit (PLC)through the power line medium will monitor Street commands to each pole, realization of the intelligent monitoring system of street lamp.

Man-machine Interface Unit(HMI) provides a liquid crystal screen and a press key operation, which is convenient for the user to configure and view all kinds of information of the smart street lamp system.

b.System Platform

Embedded real-time operating system embedded operating system, the software uses the embedded operating system development, hardware uses 32 bit Cotex-M3 core CPU, 512KB program memory, 96KB static memory, external Flash 32GB memory. With the cloud server communication using industrial grade GPRS/CDMA communication module in the concentrator, TCP/IP protocol and WEB server, supports a variety of wired and wireless network communication, network support through remote upgrade firmware concentrator.

2.Technical Characteristics

This product can not only collect street lamp node operation and power distribution box related electrical parameters and environmental parameters, and all the lights through the original lamp wire laying monitoring distribution box connected.It can collect the data for scientific analysis of abnormal operation of the statistical data reflect the formation of street management needs and equipment.

二、Major Function

Energy collection:This product through the external 485 communication port digital meter, collect all kinds of electrical parameters of the power distribution cabinet, including three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase active power, three-phase reactive power, three-phase power factor, energy consumption, frequency and so on.

Anti theft switch of the cabinet:This product through the sensor switch cabinet, power distribution cabinet door detection on and off state, automatically determine whether the equipment is abnormally opened, once detected the abnormal situation, timely reporting of anti-theft alarm.

Abnormal alarm: This product can generate various alarm information such as power distribution cabinets, power outages, overload alarm alarms, phase loss, abnormal alarm lights off alarm and so on, so thealarm event can be stored in the concentrator, easy to trace.

Signal acquisition: This product can be detected by the analog port and the switch port, realize the measurement of temperature, humidity, switches and other sensor data.

Communication function: concentrator and cloud server through the GPRS/CDMA communication, and the design of local maintenance interface, local maintenance through RS-485 or Ethernet interface. Concentrator and lampposts in node through the power line carrier communication, the communication signal to OFDM modulation to the power line, realize communication with the Smart street lamp node.

Clock management: built-in industrial grade clock chip and industrial battery, clock error < 0.12S/h, clock hold time > 10 years.

Remote upgrade: This product supports remote online upgrade firmware function.

Three-phase four wire power supply:

1)Power supply mode

This product uses three-phase four wire system power supply, power supply, we must ensure that the normal power supply N and L1, in order to make the equipment work normally, when L2, L3 any phase power, do not affect the normal operation of the equipment.

2)Power supply voltage

Rated voltage of working voltage of this product:220VAC/380VAC;

Operating error :-20% ~ +20%;

Allowable deviation:-6% ~ +2%;

3)Spare battery

The interrupt of power supply, can be maintained by the built-in battery data concentrator and the clock, holding time of a month. Power recovery, the preservation of the data is not lost, the normal operation of the internal clock.

4)Power consumption

When the product in the non communication state, three-phase power supply, the operating power is less than 3W, as the power is less than 5va. When the communication state of concentrator three-phase power supply, power is less than 6W, the apparent power is less than 10va.

4.SIM card installation

SIM card slot in the concentrator side will have launched GPRS services in the SIM card slot into the concentrator as shown, and note that the SIM card insertion direction cannot be inserted. There are external concentrator antenna location, concentrator through GPRS communication, must be connected to the antenna.

5.Antenna installation

The side of the product is provided with an external antenna interface.

  • Advice note:
  • The signal strength of the installation position should be confirmed before antenna installation. The antenna should be placed in an open position, and an external antenna is recommended.

In the use of electromagnetic shielding applications, should use an external antenna, and the antenna should be placed in a shielded area.

Long connecting line should be set into a ring and fixed to the safety, the antenna is not too large angle.

Poor environmental signals (such as the basement, tunnel), should contact the local operators to solve the problem of signal coverage.

6.Connection of electric meter

This product through the RS-485 interface data acquisition of three-phase digital ammeter, can measure power three-phase voltage, current, power, power frequency power parameter, but also has accumulated power, electric energy pulse, alarm, switch input and output, analog quantity output and the loose network communication function. The meter has a friendly man-machine interface. Electric wiring diagram and wiring diagram as shown in the concentrator:

Be careful:

Voltage input:When direct input, the rated input voltage input voltage should be not higher than the meter (400V), you should consider the use of voltage transformer (PT). 1A fuses must be installed at the voltage input.

Current input: Standard rated current is 5A, when the input current is more than 5A, you must use the external current transformer (CT).

To ensure that the input voltage, input current corresponding to the same order, the line and the direction of the line is consistent, otherwise there will be a number of measurements and symbol error.

The electric meter input connection mode according to the number of the current mutual inductor, in the case of external 2 current transformers, select three-phase three wire connection mode. In the case of external 3 current transformers, select the three-phase four wire connection mode.

五、Installation and debugging

1.Matters needing attention

Be careful:

Please operate strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the electricity sector;

No power leads off the concentrator charged in the case, in order to avoid danger;

The installation site should take careful safety measures to prevent personnel from electric shock;

Please make sure that you have read the instructions carefully before the operation;

2.Construction preparation

  1. In the installation of concentrator before at least need to install a fixed IP address of the cloud server and can run normally. In order to speed up the progress of the installation and configuration of IP and the port number of the concentrator best done in the office.
  2. Prepare a SIM GPRS card, in order to connect to the use of the cloud server.
  3. To prepare all kinds of wire, such as voltage wiring, current wiring, RS-485 communication line, switch control line, Ethernet cable, sensor access lines, etc.

3.Installation method

The product needs to be installed in the two power distribution transformer side of the street lamp power distribution cabinet, through the back of the guide rail card slot and power distribution cabinet fixed, requiring vertical installation. When installing the first guide rail is fixed in the wall frame in power distribution cabinet, then buckle for concentrator can be strengthened, the concentrator of the four corners of the fixed screw. This product cannot be exposed to outdoor alone.

4.Trial operation method

The product installation, wiring diagram right after the operation, in the confirmation of each connection line is accurate, can be air switch in power distribution cabinet, into the voltage of liquid crystal display, concentrator can normal light, and display the correct time (power), the power indicator light in the steady state, the connection (Link the indicator is off state), operation (Run) indicator light in the slow flash (1 seconds flashes 1 times) state.

六、Transportation and storage

  1. Packing is in accordance with GB/T15464-95.
  2. To avoid the rain and snow shower directly hit should be transportation and unpacking process, to prevent violent vibration and impact.
  3. Storage conditions: the ambient temperature is not more than ~+70 C -30 C, relative humidity 5%~100%, the place should be kept clean, and in the air does not contain enough to cause corrosion of harmful substances.

七、Common failures and troubleshooting methods
