SOS button
Short press SOS button twice to arm and twice again to disarm

2.3 LED status (non-sleep mode)

2.2.4 Arm state indicator
When red/green/blue 3 LEDs are slowly circulation flashing, it means the device is in arming process; After the device is armed successfully, the 3 LEDs will quickly circulation flashing and then 2 minutes later 3 LEDs will be off automatically.
Remarks:
1. When it runs firstly with battery supplying, after GPS being located over 5s, all LEDs will be automatically turned off.
2. If there is no press operation to the device over 20s in the LEDs lightening progress, all LEDs will be automatically turned off
3. Short press SOS button could light LEDs and press again could close it.
3. Notice before use
3.1 Checking
Open the packing box to check whether the type of device is correct and whether the accessories are included. If there is any lack, please contact the distributor

4. Operation guide
4.1 Install/Remove the SIM card
● power off the device, remove the battery and external power
● put the SIM card in the SIM card slot
Remarks: 1. Please use a GSM SIM card
2. SIM card in the device should be enabled for GPRS
3. Caller ID of the SIM card in the device should be on
4.2 Power on
The device is designed with no power button and it will be on after installing a battery
4.3 Charging battery
● Connecting the charger to power
● This process needs 4-6 hours.
● The device can work normally when charging.
Warning：Charging the original battery is recommended.
4.4 Device installation
The device has a strong magnet in rear cover which could attach to any mental surface.
Note : 1 Put it below the front windshield with the device front up and make sure there are no sunshade mask and other anti-GPRS reception material on it
2 Put it on the bottom of a car such as the side place below door. It should not be putted too deep otherwise it can not receive GPS signal.
Notice: 1 Device should be in some place with good GPS reception.
2 Device should not be in some place which may get the device rusty easily
3 Device should not be in some place with extremely high temperature such as around the radiator pipe and exhaust port for that it may lower the magnetism greatly
5. Device functions and Parameter setting
5.1 SOS numbers setting
5.1.1 Add SOS number
5,.1.1.1 By sms
SMS command: SOS,A,number 1,number 2,number 3,number 4#(A means add number)
For example: SOS, A,13510682360,13511685136,13612687248,13612683621#
It will reply “OK” if succeeded.
SOS,A,13527852360# means set the first specific number
SOS,A,,,13527852360,12510682360#means set the third and fourth SOS number
5.1.1.2 Via platform
You can set sos numbers via the platform after activating the device.
Note: Only the SOS number can do the operation arm, monitoring and SMS checking position.
5.1.2 Delete sos numbers
SMS command: SOS,D,1,2,3,4# (D means delete one sos number)
For example: SOS,D,1# means delete the first number
SOS,D,3# means delete the third number
If delete several numbers at one time, SMS command can be: SOS,D,1,2,4# means delete the first, second and the fourth numbers
If you do not know the serial number, you can also delete number by SMS command like this: SOS,D,number#
For example: SOS,D,13527852360# means delete this sos number directly.
It will reply “OK” if succeeded to delete this number
5.2 Arm /Disarm
There are 3 methods to arm or disarm.
5.2.1 Via SOS button
Short press SOS button twice to arm. The three LEDs will flash slowly one by one. After 2mins, the device will arm. The LEDs will then flash quickly one by one.
Short press twice SOS button again to disarm.
5.2.2 Via Calls
Any SOS number calls the device and then ends up the call by the mobile side in 10s, it will enter arm status and then reply sms “Remote arm succeeded”. If the sos number does not end up the call in 10s, it will turn to monitoring function (please refer to 5.8 Voice monitoring).
Any SOS number calls the device and then ends up the call by the mobile side in 10s, it will disarm status from the arm status and then reply sms “Remote disarm succeeded”. if not ends up the call in 10s, the device will enter voice-monitoring status
5.2.3 Via SMS command
Send sms “111” to arm. And the device will reply sms“Remote arm succeeded” if it is set successfully. Only sms from sos numbers is valid.
Send sms “000” to disarm. And the device will reply sms“Remote disarm succeeded” if it is set successfully. Only sms from sos numbers is valid.
Note：
1 If you put the device in the car, please do not set arm when you driving as it will
activate the vibration sensor.
2 Only SOS numbers can set fortification or end fortification.
3 Device sim card should be activated caller-ID funtion.
5.3 SOS alarm
When the device is in arm state, if vibration happened, it will alarm. The device will send alarm sms to the sos numbers in 10s.
If the device is located, it will send accurate GPS location to SOS numbers. Otherwise, the device will send rough LBS location.
If device is located in 2 minutes, the device will send make-up GPS location.
Example:
“vibration alarm: Bao’an Road, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong (N22.57137,E113.87706)
During vibration alarm time, if the device is located, but fail to connect the platform, the device will send longitude and latitude information。
“vibration alarm: N23.111748, E114.409215, 11
During vibration alarm time, if the GPS is not located and fail to connect the platform also, the device could not get the position information. Then it will send SMS “vibration alarm! Attention”
Remark：
1 The device will only alarm once in 5mins.
2 If device does not send sms automatically, please check whether there is any balance in the sim card.
5.4 SOS alarm
Press SOS button for more than 3s to activate GPS automatically. Twice vibration will be happened, and then the device will send an address information sms to the sos numbers. If device is located, it will send an accurate GPS location sms “Emergency call(LBS): Bao’an Road, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong(N22.57139,E113.87710)”. Otherwise, the device will send a rough LBS location sms “Emergency call(LBS): nearby Bao’an Road Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong (22.571,113.876)”. Then it will dial all sos numbers by cycles, if any sos number answers the call or no any response after all the number been dialed for three cycles, it will stop dialing. After dialing the sos numbers, if GPS is located, the device will send GPS location sms again.
After activating SOS alarm, if the device is located, but fail to connect the platform, the device will send longitude and latitude information
“Emergency call! Location: N23.111748, E114.409215, date time: 11-04-28 10:00:48”
After activating SOS alarm, if the GPS is not located and fail to connect the platform also, the device could not get the position information, the device will send sms “Emergency call, Attention”
Notice: Please set SOS numbers in advance for all above sms.
5.5 Geo-fence
You can set a special area as geo-fence field. When the car or person gets in/out of this area, the device will send alarm to sos numbers when the geo-fence function is ON.
5.5.1 Activate geo-fence function
Geo-fence function is default as off. You can activate it by sms.
Circular fence
You can set a coordinate as the centre of the circular fence and set the radius
l Go in fence sms command:
”FENCE,ON,0,latitude,longitude,radius,IN#” to turn on circular fence function
e.g.: FENCE,ON,0,N22.57139,E113.87710,5,IN#
It means the radius is 500 meters（radius 1=100M，2=200M····and so on）
The device will reply“OK”if set successfully. When the device is in or out of this circular area, it will send alarm to the sos numbers.
Note: If GPS is not located successfully, users can not set up fence successfully by sending SMS command above.
Go out Fence sms:
“FENCE,ON,0,latitude,longitude,radius,OUT#”
e.g.: FENCE,ON,0,N22.57139,E113.87710,5,OUT #
It means the radius is 500 meters.（radius 1=100M，2=200M····and so on）
The device will reply“OK”if set successfully. As long as the device goes out of this circular area, it will send alarm to the sos numbers.
5.5.2 Disable Geo fence
Send sms to disable geo-fence function: FENCE,OFF#
After get reply “OK”, geo fence function is off.
5.5.3 Check geo fence status
SMS: SEEFENCE# to check whether geo fence function is on or off.
If geo fence is off, it will reply sms “Switch:OFF”.
If geo fence is on, it will reply sms “Switch:ON;State:IN&OUT;Lat:N22.567000;Lon:E113.890000,Radius:100M;Fence Type:Circle.”
5.6 Low battery alarm
When battery is low, device will send low battery alarm sms to SOS numbers
Low battery alarm sms: “Warning! Battery is low, please charge in time!”
When battery is too low to approach power off, it will send sms: Warning! Battery is too low, power off automatically.
5.7 Voice monitoring
When the sos number dials the device, keep ringing more than 10s, it will go to voice monitoring status. In this case, caller can monitor the sound around the device.
Note: 1. Monitor function request the SIM card in device with caller ID display.
2. Only SOS numbers can monitor
5.8 View location method
5.8.1 Ask address information
Send SMS Command from SOS number to device: POSITION
If the command sent successfully, the device will reply LBS/GPS location(depends on situation)
If GPS is located successfully, the device will reply the accurate GPS address information.
If GPS is not located, device will send LBS location first. And then if GPS located within 2mins, device will send another SMS with accurate location.
Example of LBS address information: “ Current location (LBS): nearby Bao’an Road Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong (22.571,113.876)”.
Example of GPS address information: “Accurate location (GPS):Bao’an Road, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong (N22.57139,E113.87710)
5.8.2 Ask coordinates
SMS command: WHERE#
Send sms WHERE# to check GPS location coordinates.
If GPS is located successfully, the device will reply the current latitude and longitude information. If GPS is not located in 2 minutes, the device will sent the last update latitude and longitude information
Eg:Lat:N22.571285,Lon:E113.877115,Course:42.20,Speed:0.0740,DateTime:10-11-23 22:28:51
If GPS is not located at all，device will reply after 2mins：“GPS is fail to locate, no data, please try again！”
If GPS is not located at all，device will reply after 2mins：“GPS is fail to locate, no data, please try again！”
5.8.3 Ask Google link
SMS command: URL#
Device will reply the Google link.
If GPS is located, it will reply the current Google link. If GPS is not located over 2 minutes, it will sent the last one,
e.g.: <DateTime:10-11-2323:42:51>http://maps.google.com/maps?q=N22.571490,E113.877103
If GPS is never located before , the device will reply “No Data”
Notice: 1. GPS can only be located outdoor. It cannot be located indoor, or the shade of tree, or tall building where has low GPS or even no GPS signal.
2. Only the SOS numbers are available for above SMS .
5.8.4 Platform checking
The device will automatically register a login account according to IMEI number after the device being activated. You can check the device location via platform.
Please ask your dealer for the platform website
LBS is a rough locating way, if want more precise, you can activate GPS positioning. The precise is around 10m.
Notice: The sim card should activate GPRS function
5.9 Restore Factory Setting
SMS command: Factory#
The device will restore to factory settings after receiving the command.
5.10 Device reboot
SMS command: RESET#
After receiving the command, the device will restart in 1 minute..
6. Appendix
6.1 ● Please use the original battery. The warranty will be invalid by using any other accessory. The manufacturer will not take any responsibility if the device get damage.
● The new battery need 2-3 days for charging full power and finishing all power to get the best condition.
● The battery can get full charge and finish all power over and over hundreds times。When the battery using time
becomes shorter obviously, please change a new one.
● Cut off power supply if not using the charger, don’t charge the battery more than one week, over charging will reduce the battery using time.
● Do not short-circuit the battery with metal stuff (like the key in your pocket)
● Do not bend or open the battery.
● Do not put the battery into water or fire.
● The battery should be charged at room temperature.
● The battery should never be charged at temperatures of below 0 degrees or above 45 degrees Celsius.
6.2 If there is trouble during using the phone, please read the solution as follow or contact service providers
