Proposed two questions
After introducing the day and each other, the reps proposed two questions for the group. The group was divided into two and both groups explored both questions.
What do members Want?

Opportunities for Sharing practice
A Critical space for looking at and discussing work visiting other galleries.
Educator locator further developed and promoted much mores so that both artists and members use it.
Signposting information and a market place for freelancers.
A yearly programme of network meetings set in advance, which members can to pick and choose from.
Opportunities for shadowing other practitioners with specific areas of focus.
A Skills register that all members can access - eg special needs - so that members can contact the relevant people with the specialist knowledge or experience.
Social events that involve viewing exhibition and coincide with a meeting
Some themed meetings with speakers from other networks such as NSEAD. Balanced between theme . networking . time and space to view exhibition.
Separate meeting in two areas - although liked the idea of travelling
What can we do for freelancers interested in CGE

Taster meeting - for non members
Chair for meeting
Hosting teacher networks in venues
Diversity of freelancers needs to be considered when providing CPD.
