I, hereby give permission to ______to attend the River Dell Regional High School overnight ski/snowboard trip to Stowe and Killington Vermont in February. I have read the information sheet including the code of conduct. I understand that the students must behave in a mature and reasonable manner at all times. I also understand that I am responsible for any damages my child may cause while on the trip and must pick up said child if he/she is a disciplinary problem. I give permission for my child to be transported by taxi, automobile or van driven by a teacher or member of the ski resort personnel in the event of an injury.

I have read the rules for the trip and agree to abide by them. I understand failure to abide by these rules will result in disciplinary action, including, but not limited to, being sent home early with no refund. I also understand the trip is for skiing/snowboarding and I will be expected to adhere to the curfew and be on time for the bus to the mountain in the morning. (Curfew 11:00 PM)

NO ALCOHOL OR ANY OTHER DRUG USE OF ANY KIND.

ALL RULES WITH REGARD TO ROOM USAGE MUST BE ADHERED TO
YOU MUST BE IN YOUR ROOM FOR THE NIGHT.

RESPONSIBLE AND COURTEOUS BEHAVIOR IS EXPECTED AT ALL TIMES.
CHAPERONES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ROOMS AND LUGGAGE
AT ANY TIME.
**** ANY STUDENT CAUGHT VIOLATING THESE RULES WILL HAVE THEIR PARENTS CALLED AND ASKED TO PICK THEM UP. IF THIS OCCURS THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
