*JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Job Function
Acts primarily as the Auditor-In-Charge (AIC) for large and/or technically complex IT audits or integrated financial audits with a significant IT component. Supervises assigned staff as the team examines and evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal control. May coordinate certain special projects, and provide IT internal control expertise to management through participation on committees and task forces.Technical Competencies
Solid working knowledge of PC applications, databases (SQL, Oracle), Operating Systems (Windows, Unix AIX, Linux), Network devices (routers, switches, etc.), Intrusion Detection, Firewalls, and DNS.·

Education: / Degree Preferred
Experience: / · Minimum 5-6 years in IT internal auditing and/or public accounting or relevant field or equivalent work experience.
· Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA)
· National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
· Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
· Commercial Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) sectors
Certification: / · Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) strongly preferred (note: will consider equivalent technical experience in-lieu of cert).
· Technical IT Certification (CISSP, CRSK, PCI, HiTRUST, or equivalent).
· Department of Defense Security Clearance (Top Secret level)
