  1. Keep student profiles for each served student in your data notebook or their ESL Student Folder (folder in the crate).
  2. Keep a copy of the class profile in your ESL Data Notebook.
  3. Keep a copy of the AIMS Web data in your ESL Data Notebook.
  4. Keep all records of the assessments, notes and unit assessments, and mid-year and end of year for K in files at each schools.
  5. At the end of the year, be prepared to make notes on the vocabulary assessments, writing progress, and fluency for each student.
