As a Maximo Implementation Consultant, tasked with all data development for the Maximo implementation at Massport’s Logan International Airport in Boston.

 Using walk-down data, identified equipment types and developed Classifications and Failure Codes.

 Created Assets and Locations for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) equipment as well as developed Fleet Assets and Locations.

 Working with MassPort SME’s, created all Job Plans and PM’s for both MEP and Fleet Assets including schedule development from multiple MassPort facilities.

 Captured attribute data and created Items and Inventory for the MEP Assets; captured Persons, Users and Labor data and populated the corresponding Load Templates.

 Captured and loaded Companies, Vendors and Manufacturers into templates.

 Utilizing raw data from walk-downs, coupled with hours of interviews and developmental collaboration with MEP and Fleet Managers at Logan Airport, all required data was collected, enriched and successfully loaded into the Maximo test and production environments.
