By submitting the following information you are indicating your commitment to actively participate in Drafting Team (DT) meetings if appointed to the DT by the Standards Committee. This includes a commitment to travel to and attend face-to-face meetings of the DT (approximately 10-12multi-day meetings per year excluding travel time), participate in conference call meetings of the DT (approximately twenty per year), as well as perform additional work required by the DT outside of drafting team meetings. Project 2010-13 Relay Loadability Order 733–This project involves addressing FERC directives in Order No. 733 issued on March 18, 2010. The Commission directed the ERO to develop a new Reliability Standard addressing generator relay loadability, with its own individual timeline, and not a revision to an existing Standard.This project will create a new standard containing requirements for generator relay loadability.
The drafting team (DT) for Project 2010-13 Relay Loadability Order 733(Phase II) will address all the Phase II directives identified in the SAR for the project.
Please briefly describe your experience and qualifications directly related to the issues to be addressed by the DT for Project 2010-13 Relay Loadability Order No.733. We are seeking a cross section of the industry to participate on the team, but in particular are seeking individuals who have experience with the application of protective relays on generating units, generator step-up transformers, and unit auxiliary transformers across the United States and/or Canada
Experience in developing standards inside or outside (i.e., IEEE, NAESB, ANSI, etc.) of the NERC process is beneficial, but is not required, and should be highlighted in the information submitted if applicable.
