Re: Account Number XXXXXXXXXXX

(PROPERTY ADDRESS)
DearNOTAuthorized Third Party, Joseph Dejeuijo (this guy is an altisource "supervisor")

Pursuant to my rights under federal debt collection laws, I am requesting that you cease and desist communication with me, in relation to this and all other alleged debts you claim I owe. I am considering any email sent by Altisource aharassment.

You are hereby notified that if you do not comply with this request, I will immediately file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the (PROPERTY STATE) Attorney General’s office, civil and criminal claims will be pursued.

The email that was sent to (REALTOR) containing the attached pdf file with "Realtor Agreement" was emailed to theRealtor when I was not contracted with him In December 2013 as my designed MLS listing agent for this property!

(IN THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION THE LISTING AGENT WAS SWITCHED DURING THE SHORT SALE, AND NINE MONTH LATER AFTER THE LISTING AGREEMENT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED 7 TIMES, IT STILL SHOWS THE OLD AGENT IN OCWEN'S SYSTEM)

"This Short Sale Agreement (Broker Services) (the “Agreement”) is made by and between (“Listing Broker”) and REALHOME SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS, INC.,"

I never received any Letter from the note holder or Ocwen aboutthe existence and disclosure of an affiliated business relationship or benefits Ocwenreceives from Altisource, RHSS, and/or Hubzu. It looks like all three are “settlement service providers” and according to the pdf document that was sent to me, theyclearly are engaged in fee sharing between themselves. I did not request that RHSS represent me as realtor. The Altisource department stated that they are waiting for (REALTOR) to respond to the request for the listing agreement for a listing that he is contracted for.

Regards,

Distressed Homeowner

Dear Consumer Protection Agency,

I was requested to sign the following forms:

1) The Third Party Authorization Form signed by the seller

2) The Lien Negotiation Authorization Form signed by the seller

Send file and documents back to Ocwen you should not have them in the first place.

1. Contacting and outsourcing work to a third part who is not authorized and licensed as a realtor for the state of Illinois is simply a waste of time and is completely illegal. If Ocwen & Altisourse continues to proceed in this matter this will serve as a demonstration that you are not negotiating in good faith and my only resort will be attorney and consumer protection agency.

There are no junior liens associated with this property, so your services are not wanted nor required. There is a conflict with the Realtor that does not allow him to engage in this type of service, so it cannot be done.

1. Lien negotiation authorization form – is not required since there is only one lien on the property so there is no need to negotiate with any junior or other lien holders.

2. The third party authorization – is not required as we only have one and only lien based on information provided to us by Homeward residential on August 1, 2012. Unless Ocwen authorized or created additional lien’s without our knowledge this is the one and only lien.

The Bank of New York Mellon – is currently designated as one and only lien holder on the property as a Trustee for TBW who are no longer in business.

We have not received any information or notification from Ocwen regarding Altisource and are not aware of this relationship. Is Ocwen no longer going to manage and service the loan and are you outsourcing this responsibility to Altisource? If this is the case I need to receive an authorization from The Bank of New York Mellon designating Altisource as the new lien servicer. Ocwen is continuing to engage in dishonest and secret dealings and this is simply a ploy to extract unnecessary information from me and therefore prolong the short sale process. Ocwen was made several offers already and you need to begin negotiating in good faith if the offers you received are not acceptable. This is a normal short sale process so if Ocwen does not know the process they need to exit the business.

Thank you for your consideration.
